They were good but as a New Yorker--Not a NY Bagel. A NY bagel is more doughy. But, all in all, close.

Tasty American bagels
They were crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. It was the taste I remember when I had bagels in NY years ago and then in Jerusalem two months ago. I am glad I don't have to go to NY or Jerusalem to have a taste of my favorite bagel.
