Order Processing Orders placed before 7:00 PM are processed same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed the following day.

Delivery Timeframes All orders are delivered the next day after processing. This means:

Orders placed before 7:00 PM → delivered the following day
Orders placed after 7:00 PM → delivered two days from the order date
Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Metro Manila and select areas in the Philippines. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at baitlehem71017@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Fresh & Perishable Items Our products are fresh and perishable. We take care to package all orders appropriately to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend being available to receive your delivery promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
