Assorted Premium Pastries - pack of 6 (Build your own)

It's so difficult to get someone on the phone. I wanted to order online for the promo and then pick it up at the market the next day.

When I finally got through late in the afternoon, I was instructed to order online pick my items and then indicate that I will pick it up at the market.
I did exactly that and no confirmation was given. I just had to hope I didnt waste my time and money.

Next morning, still without any communication, I came to the store and asked for my order. I was surprised she only had a loaf bagged. The main reason why I bought and used the website, the assorted box of 6 pastries, was missing. I was told they didnt have 2 breads so they just ddnt complete the order and would like to refund me in cash.

It was frustrating that they had my number and didnt even bother to let me know or ask me to change the items in the box. I instead selected some pastries on the spot. The vendor was so proud to refund me LESS cash that I was owed and even remarked, "keep the change". Knowing there was a mistake, I insisted she list the costs of I ordered, she hesitantly did it. It wasnt even busy. Then I summated the total myself, only then did she realize she was short a few pesos and handed me the right change. It was a very poor experience.

You lost you a customer here.

I'm not a pastry connoisseur, but these are among the best I've had

So far, so good? I would prefer more cream / filling inside each croissant, too. Maybe in my next order? hehe Thanks!

My suggestions would be the following :
* hope you can also offer mini croissants (at a cheaper price, of course)
* assorted selection could be 1 piece per flavor -- something like a "sampler" box / set
