Great quality food.
Hummus is so good.

We have tasted hummus in many Mediterranean restos locally. So far Baitlehem's is the best. The smooth and consistent texture with the blend of spices gives out the perfect hummus my family tasted. My family have it for their breakfast and even snacks as dip for chips. A healthy indulgence!

Tastes a little bland and weirdly sweet aftertaste, like the pita bread- why is it sweet??? The flavor of tahini and salt is lacking, and it isn't nutty enough. It also feels a bit dry, not silky smooth. It may be a personal preference, but this is not to my taste. Could probably use more oil and a little spice and salt, or whatever can counteract the sweetness. I cannot finish my order.

This is very good Hummus. Will order again.
