The Bait Naan is one of my staples. I haven't tried the other toppings yet because I've become truly fond (and attached) to the garlic and butter. It is only very mildly garlicky - the garlic doesn't insist itself and the butter can also be fully tasted. And so it goes very well with the Hummus, whose jar arrived with the Bait breads, along with the Beet Salad which has been raised up from what was usually boring to quite exciting. A quarter each of this Naan, with a big dollop of Hummus per lusty bite, and some Beetroot on the side, happily suits this pair of Seniors on the Ridge.
